Its the weekend!!!  Hope everyone is enjoying the tax free weekend!  All my money is going to taxes, so I have none to spend on tax-less things.  Next year I guess!

Had a great dinner last night with an amazing photographer I work with/best friend Squire Fox! Its always good catching up with friends when life gets to busy!  Gotta learn to start making time for these things!

Our creative house has finally started narrowing down our idea that we want to do for our secret project we will be working on.  Once we set in stone the idea I will share it with everyone.  Its going to be a amazing and I cannot wait to have all of you involved.  I will be working with my closest friends who are amazingly talented at what they do and cannot wait to get this project rolling!

Again, I still need more people who are interested in having me send them postcards (photos)  every few weeks or so.  Send me your info!

All is good on the eastern front.  Our new roommates are getting settled in to the house!  We have such an amazing house, I am excited for the next year being here!

We have a serious idea in our heads that we are going to work on together as a house.  I wont tell you what it is but lets just say a photographer, graphic designer, master chef, and an incredible writer!  We have an amazing idea that we will be working on for the next few months and can not wait to share it with all of you!

Hope everyone’s week is going well! Just got booked to do a shoot for Hampden Clothing.  I think we will be shooting studio stuff, should be tame and fun!  Shooting with my favorite model!!!

Still cranking out ideas for my pouring series that I started (the image is further down on the blog with the bear head) hope to have those ready for the world within the next few weeks. Trying to wrap up all the shooting for the bike story and should have that done this weekend.  Get ahold of me if you and some friends are out for a group ride, would love to tag along and shoot some photos!

Hola! I know its been about a week since I have posted, I apologize!  Its been crazy busy!  I need to extend a special thanks to everyone who came out to the bike shoot last wednesday!  It was such an amazing turn out!  I ended up shooting around 50 or so people.  Which for those of you who are photographers, 50 portraits including bikes in one day!!! WOW!  Long day!  But amazing nonetheless.  I have a new respect for all types of bikes and biking in general!

Also want to thank my assistant Kate Hohorst for putting in a good long day.  I could not have done it without you!  Keeping me organized with all the madness was such a big help!  THANK YOU! (Kate is also an amazing photographer as well! Look out for her stuff.)

The story will be released sometime this fall and as soon as it is I will share all the amazing photos with all of you.

I still need people who are interested in me sending out post cards a few times a month.  Please email if you are interested.  I need more people!  It will be totally random images, new and exciting and printed especially for you!  Let me know.

Below is another image from my art show I did!  More to come from that.  I started swimming last week.  I have not exercised in years.  It feels good!  I hate running, so this is my solution so I dont turn into an even larger giant when I am older.

is such a delicious beer!  Happy saturday to everyone so here is the second image in the series I did for my art show.  A lot of people have asked me why I decided to write on my images and do I think it takes away from the image?  It was a random thing that came to my mind, I was writing some info down on my contact sheets (a particular image, which you will see later on) and thought it might be a good idea, so I did it! I realized today I need to update my 15 year old scanner.  Sorry for the low res of these images, I will upload the high res versions after I finish showing all the images on the blog.

Also if any of you are interested in me sending you guys a post card photo maybe two or three times a month please email me.  Lets say the first 20 people will get a free pass of sorts, after that like $5 or $10 for a year of high quality photos.  Let me know what you guys think or that might interest you in seeing!

Hello everyone who reads this blog. I want to extend a gratitude of thanks for all of your support. I have some exciting news for everyone!!! I plan (i’m going to attempt) on updating this blog at least everyday! Big step I know. I recently had an art show with a fellow studio mate and it was a blast. Everyday, until its finished, I will post each piece that I hung at the show. Most of these items are still for sale, let me know if you are interested. Each image is an actual scan of the photo in the show. I will also start selling more of my work just to keep me busy at etsy.com. I also plan on making photo quality post cards to send out to all of you guys, but I need to see how many people are interested first (let me know if you are). A lot of new changes coming your way. OK. Its been a while. I have moved into a new house with a new studio/office space. I love it! The house is huge and the people I live with rock! The only thing that sucks…we had a bad rain storm yesterday and I found out my office is not weather proof! A few things got wet including my camera. Not to happy about that. Hopefully my insurance or rental company will have it taken care of. My photography has taken a whole new direction and I am really excited to share it with you. Below is a photo of Mike Trent (the films) and Carry anne Hearst. The shoot was for Plastique magazine out of the UK. I have soooooo much work to post hopefully I will be better about trying to update a few times a week. For the few people who keep up with this, thank you for your continued support. Love you guys!
